On this Giving Tuesday, we invite you to sow into the heart of who we are and the future we are building together.
At GCORR, our ministry is rooted in a simple and powerful truth:
Inclusion is our heart.
Equity is our work.
Justice is our calling.
Your gift today strengthens the United Methodist Church’s witness in the world and helps create communities where every child of God is welcomed, valued, and empowered. Giving Tuesday and end-of-year giving are opportunities to join a movement—one that helps the Church live into what it professes: belonging, fairness, and justice as expressions of our faith.
This year, we are prayerfully working toward a $7,500 Giving Tuesday goal.
What Your Gift Makes Possible
Your generosity enables GCORR to create, support, and sustain ministries that deepen discipleship and transform communities. This year, your support helped us:
- Host the Sand Creek Massacre Exhibit in partnership with the General Board of Church and Society, supporting truth-telling, confession, and healing with Indigenous communities.
- Strengthen and uplift clergy in cross-racial/cross-cultural appointments through the Facing the Future conference, offering leadership tools, a community of belonging, and pastoral care.
- Convene the Immigration Summit, bringing leaders together to discern a justice-centered, faith-driven response to immigration.
- Expand collaborative work with El Plan (the Plan for Hispanic/Latine Ministries) and the Disability Ministries Committee, to advance inclusion across cultures and languages and to further the Church’s commitment to disability justice.
- Release a new Vital Conversations on Immigration video resource, helping churches engage in faithful and courageous dialogue.
- Launch new online courses, including All God’s Children and Microaggression 101, supporting individuals and faith leaders in their ongoing antiracism journey.
Give to Build the Beloved Community Today
Your generosity helps create a Church where every voice matters, every culture is honored, every ability is welcomed, and every person is recognized as a beloved child of God.
This year, The GCORR Staff is sharing our testimony on why we do what we do through a series of short videos on social media - watch now here on our Youtube Channel!
Thank you for walking with us in the work of inclusion, equity, and justice.
With gratitude,
The GCORR Team
