In early June, Congress passed and the president signed a bill providing significant additional funding to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Since then, more people have been killed, including Lorenzo Salgado Araujo and Joan Sebastian Guerrero. We grieve their loss. Read the United Methodist Immigration Task Force's public statement, and continue urging your legislators to act with greater courage and clarity to stop the attacks on immigrant families and communities.

United Women in Faith urges you to take action today by contacting your elected officials.
