United Methodist Communications (UMCom) developed ResourceUMC.org in the Fall of 2019 as a consolidated, one-stop shop for resources for church leaders, pastors, and staff. One year after launch, the team that manages the website completed an online study among nearly 2,000 pastors and local church leaders to understand who is and who isn’t using the website, and why. The learning will identify adjustments to improve the visitor experience and increase number of visitors.
