Questions of law were asked of the presiding bishop, Hae-Jong Kim, at the June 2, 1994 business session of the Western New York Annual Conference.
The bishop failed to fully answer the questions and therefore the matter is remanded to the bishop with instructions to fully answer the questions asked. It is also noted that in the ruling made, the bishop used the phrase "personnel files" which is neither used in the questions posed, nor in the Discipline.
