God declares everything in creation to be "good" and entrusts us to be good stewards of creation, yet churches sometimes struggle to find strong Biblical and theological foundations for creation care.

Yet our relationship to creation and how we treat it directly impacts our other human relationships and how we are able to care for one another, making make proper creation care vital to our faith.

Discipleship Ministries has compiled a list of Bible verses that address the need for love and care of all creation as well as how it intersects with our relationship to both God and our neighbors. The resources also include excerpts from the writings of John Wesley and other important theologians throughout history that address creation care. You can also access suggested prayers, hymns, books and movies related to the topic.
