Open to lay and clergy, this four-part learning series for cross-cultural, cross-racial congregational readiness will address topics such as navigating intercultural conflict and best practices for creating inclusive worship!

Its purpose is to practically and educationally equip pastors serving in CRCC ministry and their congregations.

The virtual format will be a workshop approach - part educational and part dialectical with tools and resources provided.
