Filing Deadlines

Deadlines for Submission of Briefs:

  • Thursday, April 6, 2023: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 07 April 2023, 06:59].
  • Monday, April 10, 2023: Deadline for electronic filing of Reply Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 11 April 2023, 06:59]. Hardcopies must be received no later than April 11 for distribution to Judicial Council members.
