A request has been made for reconsideration of Decision 608 reviewing the ruling by Bishop David J. Lawson concerning the financial and budget plan for the Wisconsin Annual Conference.

Regardless of the petitioners' interpretation, it is a resolution on Category Budgeting which seeks a two-year cycle in presenting its financial requests to the Annual Conference. This is contrary to the Discipline and nothing has changed to cause the Judicial Council to reverse Decision 608.
