Once you have this information from ChatGPT, use it to update your Google Business Profile using the steps below.

  1. Sign in to Google
    Go to Google My Business and sign in with the Google account associated with your business.

  2. Access Your Business Profile
    Once logged in, you’ll see a list of businesses associated with your account. Click on the profile you want to update.

  3. Edit Your Business Information

    • On the dashboard, click the "Info" tab to update essential information such as the business name, address, phone number, website and hours.

    • To edit, click the pencil icon next to each section, make your changes and click “Apply” to save.

  4. Add Photos and Updates

    • Go to the "Photos" tab to upload new images of your business, products or team.

    • Use the "Posts" tab to share updates, events or promotions to keep customers informed and engaged.

  5. Review and Respond to Customer Feedback

    • Under "Reviews," you can see customer feedback and reply to reviews to enhance customer engagement.

  6. Publish Changes
    Google will review most changes, which may take a few hours to go live.
