- Wednesday, August 23, 2024: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 24 August 2024, 06:59].
- Sunday, August 28, 2024: Deadline for electronic filing of Reply Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 29 August 2024, 06:59].
- Hardcopies must be received no later than Saturday, August 31, 2024 for distribution to Judicial Council members.
