In response to the request concerning the legality of Calendar 790 (the proposed boycott of Royal Dutch/Shell) the Judicial Council does not have sufficient information at this time to make a decision. Therefore, we direct the General Conference to suspend the implementation of this action until such time as the Judicial Council is able to rule on this request.
