Statement of Facts
The structure of the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference was before the Judicial Council in April 2002. Decision 928 required that the conference make certain changes to its proposed structure and rules which were to be adopted as revised by the annual conference in June 2002. The annual conference followed the instructions and made the necessary changes to the structure in June and has submitted the revised structure and rules to the Judicial Council for review.
Jurisdiction
The Judicial Council retained jurisdiction over this matter in Decision 928.

The Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference did a thorough job of reviewing and revising its proposed new structure and rules to make sure it complied with Decision 928 and the 2000 Discipline. The revised structure and rules comply with both the Discipline and Decision 928.
