With a symbolic passing of the gavel from Bishop Warner H. Brown, Jr., Bishop Bruce R. Ough of the Dakotas-Minnesota Episcopal Area became the new president of the Council of Bishops on day three of General Conference. The two leaders visited the digital lounge to take a look back and a look forward.
