Filing Deadlines
Deadlines for Submission of Briefs for Docket item 0524-004 (5/1/24):
- Thursday, May 2, 2024: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be received by 8:00 a.m. EDT.
- Any party wishing to file a brief must answer all five questions and should not exceed five pages.
- There will be no Reply Briefs and hard copies are not required.
